We’ve been talking a lot about the changes we’ve been going through as a company recently.  It’s been exciting!  One of the achievements we are most proud of is our new Partner Dashboard.  Perhaps you’ve heard of it, maybe you’ve seen it, but do you know how it can help your business?

Up-to-date insight

The Partner Dashboard is jam packed with lots of great information regarding your SmartPay business, and it’s always in real time.  To start, we track sales performance showing your fund disbursement figures, total sales statistics, and total transactions.  This gives you guidance regarding where your money is within the fund flow and assists in identifying trends within your SmartPay sales data.  And because we don’t expect you to remember all this information, all reports can be uploaded to a CSV file for easy safekeeping.

What happened to that application?

You are also able track SmartPay applications throughout the completion process by displaying your application success rates for apps that were started, submitted, approved and completed.  Compare conversion rates for any of these 4 variables to each other by clicking 2 bars on the chart to show where you can make improvements in your sales process to be efficient and take full advantage of each step of the customers’ journey. I triple dog dare you to get a 100% ‘started to completed’ conversion rate!

Opportunity knocks

When we started chatting with our dealer partners asking what you wanted on the Dashboard, we found out many of you are keeping track of your SmartPay open opportunities (customers who were approved already but did not complete the transaction) yourself using various methods, such as paper trails and excel files.  Forget all that now!  The Dashboard will show you the last 7 days worth of customers, their approval information, and a phone number a rep can use to call them and try to turn the sale around.  Start with approvals that are about to expire first so your customer doesn’t have to re-apply later.
