SmartPay lets customers get the smartphone and other items they love today, and pay over time with a customized payment plan.* If you’re looking for ways to improve your sales pitch, try highlighting our flexible payment options as a SmartPay benefit.

We know that customers have different needs depending on their pay schedules, spending habits, lifestyle choices, and other bills that are due.

Customers may choose from 4 flexible payment options:

Payment Frequency Example
Monthly The 5th of every month
Every 4 weeks Every 4 Wednesdays (same day of the week)
Twice monthly The 1st and 15th of every month
Every other week Every other Wednesday (same day of the week)

Here are the benefits of the flexible payment schedule:

  • Customizable - Customers can match their payment schedule with how often (and when) they get paid.

  • Affordable and Manageable - Payments are kept low as they are spread out over time.

  • Convenience - Our system automatically collects payments on the scheduled due dates so customers don’t have to worry about remembering to make their payments on time.

To customize the payment plan, you will need to select the payment frequency from the drop-down menu after adding the cart items during the application process.

Once the selection has been made, customers will not be able to change their payment frequency.
