How to Track Your Team’s Performance

Do you know who your top performing store associate is for this month? 

Use the Team Performance report to run a sales contest at your store, and to reward your best store associate.

You can track application metrics by store associate with the Team Performance report. It is available for download as a CSV file under “Reports” in the SmartPay Partner Dashboard. (You can also preview it in your browser.)

There are several date ranges to choose from:

  • Today

  • Month-to-date – New!

  • Past 7 days

  • Past 30 days

  • Last month

  • 2 months ago

Below is a sample month-to-date Team Performance report:

You can review each store associate’s performance according to these 4 data points:

  • Total Applications – Includes all leases that are submitted

  • Total Approvals – Approved applications only

  • Total Transactions – Completed SmartPay applications

  • Total Sales – The dollar value of all completed SmartPay transactions during the selected period of time

To identify your top performing store associate, look in in the Total Sales column. According to the report above, Jamie is taking the lead for this month-to-date, followed by Trevor.
